The idea of creating this watch arose several years ago as a result of communication with Navy officers. The topic of repairing ships, sawing up obsolete ships, as a result of which metals are recycled for further use, were discussed. Representatives of the watch factory thought about the possibility of making watch cases from these metals. Contrary to expectations, it turned out that shipbuilding mainly uses alloys that are not very suitable for watch production - they do not withstand the requirements for anti-corrosion properties.

In the end, the cases of the new model are made from the 03X16H15M3 series. And only some elements of the watch case are made from spare parts for passenger cars and military vehicles of Russia, which have a margin of safety.

The 9132 Miyota self-winding movement is housed in a classic round case with a diameter of 42 mm. This mechanism was not chosen by chance - a selection with samples of "driving" qualities, the location of the watch hands repeats the location of the hands of the marine chronometer "6MX" - known to all sailors of the world of marine precision time instruments. Like a marine chronometer, the approx. 12 o'clock has a power reserve indicator (up to 40 hours). And between the axis of the hands and the 6 o'clock mark is a 24-hour scale useful for sailors (a marine chronometer has a second hand of the watch in this place).

The base model comes in a steel and gold-plated case with dials repeating those of a marine chronometer even in a script written in numbers, with white and blue dials, without a calendar.

Additional design options include dials with Roman numerals and a date window located at the 3 o'clock position.

The dial is covered with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The leather belt has hard inserts for a snug fit to the body. The watch's screw-down lid has a washer made from a metal that used to be part of a ship.

All protest clocks can withstand water pressure of 10 atmospheres.

All designs have a limit of 100 pieces. The serial number of the watch is printed on the dial, similar to the numbering of marine chronometers.
